摘  要

台灣鑄造產業目前面臨人才斷層、環境髒亂、自動化不足及少子老齡化…等問題,自動化能力為台灣鑄造產業升级轉型必須克服的重要挑戰。數位轉型是企業轉型升級自動化、智慧化所需具備條件及過程。本研究提出傳統砂模鑄造產業如何應用CAD軟體進行鑄件模具開發及CAE鑄件模流分析,透過資通訊技術累積、整合鑄造產品開發及資料庫建立,並規劃出數位轉型鑄造產品開發系統,將從客戶接單、需求回饋,鑄件模具設計開發、鑄件模流分析、可行性評估及最佳化…優化流程,作為傳統鑄造產業導入數位轉型產品開發應用建議。關鍵詞:鑄造、模流分析、CAE、CAD

ABSTRACT

Taiwan's foundry industry is currently facing problems such as lack of talent, dirty environment, lack of automation, low birth rate and aging population...etc. Automation capability is an important challenge that must be overcome for the upgrading and transformation of Taiwan's foundry industry. Digital transformation is the necessary conditions and process for enterprise transformation and upgrading to be automated and intelligent. This study proposes how to use software in the traditional sand mold casting industry for casting mold development and casting mold flow analysis. Through the accumulation of information and communication technology, integrated casting product development and database establishment, and plans a digital transformation casting product development system, it will receive from customers Order,demand feedback, casting mold design and development, casting mold flow analysis, feasibility evaluation and optimization. Optimize the process, as a suggestion for the development and application of digital transformation products in the traditional foundry industry.Keywords: foundry, flow analysis, CAE, CAD
