熱室壓鑄ZA-8鋅合金機械性質之探討

摘  要

本研究主要目的是在探討熱室壓鑄條件對具有高耐潛變能力的ZA-8鋅合金熱室壓鑄件機械性質如抗拉強度、硬度以及顯微組織之影響,熱室壓鑄條件包括澆鑄溫度、鑄造壓力和模具溫度等製程參數。而研究結果顯示,欲獲致較佳的ZA-8鋅合金熱室壓鑄件機械性質之熱室壓鑄條件為澆鑄溫度424℃、鑄造壓力100kg/cm2和模具溫度150℃。此外,ZA-8鋅合金熱室壓鑄件內樹枝狀初晶β相晶粒大小與孔洞率變化則會影響其鑄件的機械性質。關鍵詞:熱室壓鑄、ZA-8鋅合金、機械性質、顯微組織

ABSTRACT

This study is mainly to investigate the effect of hot chamber die-casting conditions on the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, hardness and microstructure of ZA-8 zinc alloy with high creep resistance. The process parameters of hot chamber die-casting include pouring temperature, casting pressure and mold temperature. The study results show that the hot chamber die casting conditions to obtain better mechanical properties of ZA-8 zinc alloy die-castings are 424℃ pouring temperature, 100 kg/cm2 casting pressure and 150℃ mold temperature. In addition, the grain size of dendritic primary β phase and porosity of ZA-8 zinc alloy hot chamber die-castings were measured and analyzed to correlate the mechanical properties of castings.Keywords: hot chamber die casting, ZA-8 zinc alloy, mechanical property, microstructure
